What a great weekend of rehearsals we had! As we get ready for our first performance on February 4 (eek! so soon!) we’re really feeling the pressure to accomplish as much as possible. Thanks to everyone for putting in 110% at every rehearsal, and for making the most of our time together. What a great season we have ahead of us!

The pre-season has BEGUN!

After a successful Open House/First Rehearsal this past weekend, everyone is itching to get back into the swing of things. We can’t wait to get the ball rolling, but it’s not too late to join us if you’re thinking about it.

Upcoming Rehearsals:
(all rehearsals take place @ inProv HQ in Providence -CDL, 1 Louisa Street, Providence, RI)
Sunday, November 20 11am-3pm – pre-season
Sunday, November 27 11am-3pm – pre-season

Official Season rehearsals begin the first weekend of December! Please come to a pre-season rehearsal to try it out and take it from there! We’d love to see you!

What a whirlwind week! The 2011 season ended yesterday at NESBA Winter Colorguard Championships in Reading, MA. We put out our best show to date and could not be happier with how our inaugural season ended. To thank everyone for their support, we will be having one more performance in exhibition on Sunday, April 10 from 1-2pm. Come celebrate with us!

What a great weekend. Lots of hard work, and we’re feeling pretty good. It looks like the show at Mansfield High School has become a highlight of our first NESBA season. With so many groups performing, and with everyone at peak performance towards the end of the season, we were excited to join the audience as we finally got to enjoy so many amazing shows. Best of luck to everyone, what a great season it’s been so far!

The Home Stretch!

Last weekend’s show in Somerset was a great experience and gave us lots to work on this week…. And all that work paid off! Yesterday’s show in Wrentham at King Phillip Regional High School was our best to date, and has inspired us as we prepare for the upcoming Mansfield show. We’re ironing out the kinks and really looking forward to our “bye-week” before finals so that we can blow the crowd away in Reading for finals!!

If you haven’t made it out to see inProv for the 2011 season, your chances are winding down! We have only a FEW performances left before “Unusual Suspects” retires. Catch us at one of the following locations:

A big shout-out to Mr. Tony DiCarlo, who brightens our day at every show, and keeps us all laughing. If you’ve been to a NESBA show, you KNOW Tony! Thanks for everything, Tony! Without you, Rich, Cheryl & all of the other AMAZING people at NESBA, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do!

Double Show Weekend! part 1

What a great time in New Bedford today! Gearing up for the Somerset show tomorrow with a pasta dinner and a dance party. Thanks to all of our friends and family who came out today, and to the New Bedford High School Indoor Percussion Ensemble and Winter Colorguard for assisting us with our floor and panels today. Good luck to both groups!
